About Murphy Property Finders
Martin Murphy has been in independent private architectural practice since 1999 and has guided many clients through the planning and construction process during this time. These developments include a broad range of custom designed homes throughout south eastern Ireland and has involved small to medium sized residential projects, ranging from an extension to a traditional Irish cottage to the construction of large country homes. He has also been in involved in commercial projects such as retail and public houses.
Our Services
The services Martin & staff provides to clients include dealing with the Irish planning and building regulations in detail, submitting planning applications, production of planning drawings and the on site supervision of projects.
This work has given us considerable knowledge and experience of the area and enabled us to build a series of contacts with solicitors, estate agents, builders and local planning authorities. Indeed, it was our involvement at this level that led us to realise that being involved right from the start, actually being the one to undertake the property search, would make good sense.
